There’s something new in North Hatley, as the owners of Pub Cie Vilandré have opened Vilandré Microbrewery, a brewery-tasting room located at 220 Mill Street, right next to the Marina. I had a chance to visit the place before it opened, but not yet since. It’s a great project for North Hatley. A microbrewery by the lake brings life! I invite you to come and taste the beers brewed right here. I’m a big fan of microbrewery beer, and I congratulate Cie Vilandré on the quality of its beers. By the way, you can buy them on site in cans and also at the Lebaron general store. Stock up for your guests! Discover Vilandré beers here.
I’d like to congratulate the Vilandré team in North Hatley on their investment. It takes boldness and courage to undertake such a project in a village of 450 people. Initiatives like this are essential to make the village attractive not only to residents, but also to the visitors who keep the shopkeepers going. Although some people prefer a dead village for the tranquillity, it’s crucial to energize the village. Bravo to Cie Vilandré. I invite all residents to come along with their guests once in a while!

The riverside terrace is in the works, and will soon be the place to gather and enjoy a good local beer with a magnificent view of the Massawippi River.
Enjoy!
