In fact, the renovations date back to at least early May, since citizens were going to the wrong address because they had not been informed of the move. Furthermore, the municipality’s website had not posted the change of address or updated its Google listing.

As I recall, the roof was just as rotten throughout the entire building, not just on the administrative office side. That would be scandalous! Could there have been mold on the daycare center side as well?
When will the work on City Hall be completed? We must not forget that the municipality is paying rent for its temporary premises. It also had to pay to move into these premises and will have to pay to move out and move back in again once the work is completed.
