Why I want to represent the people of North Hatley
Council needs diversity—of gender, origin, and experience. My entrepreneurial background, expertise in technology, communications, and management, and a fresh perspective are, in my view, assets for the municipality and the community. By the people, for the people. (a good city council)
How I plan to improve quality of life in North Hatley
- Dialogue platform (physical + digital): create a collaborative space that supports our many engaged residents and helps our village shine. (see an example)
- Access to the water: rethink access to the lake. With 98% of Québec’s water bodies now inaccessible, I want solutions that restore access for all residents—not only shoreline owners—while respecting the environment and ecosystem. (see examples)
Two priorities
- Public finances: optimize management to pay down debt and, if possible, consider a tax reduction. It starts with rigorous and tight management of expenses.
- Ongoing dialogue: establish a structure that fosters meaningful exchange between the municipality and residents—and among residents themselves. Ensure transparency and decision-making in consultation with citizens.
Favourite place
Out on the lake, fishing with my wife, my children, and friends.
